6. Please note that Business Associate will be worked as a business partner not the employee of the Khatu.org. There is no monthly salary provision, payment will be issued for his monthly gained business only.
Khatu.org works on revenue sharing model only. Any business associate will get payment for his work according this revenue sharing model. According revenue sharing model, Business Associate will get total 50% revenue (40% for work + 10% for Allowances) for listing and advertisement business.
